Watching Sensory Information Translate into Behavior

Postdoc Vivek Venkatachalam, with the help of colleagues in Prof. Aravinthan Samuel's Lab, UMass Worcester, and University of Toronto, built a microscope capable of uncovering representations of sensory input and motor output of individual neurons from brainwide dynamics in moving worms.
