Exception requests

We do allow some substitutions for the concentration requirements as long as you secure prior approval from the DUS or ADUS. Don't hesitate to drop by to talk over any substitutions you're wondering about.

To officially request an exception:

  1. Complete our department's petition for approval.
  2. Submit an "exception request" in my.harvard.  

If your request is approved, you'll see that change in my.harvard. If we have any questions or we can't approve the request, we'll reach out.
